Consider requesting a room away from the stairs to avoid noise from foot traffic and enjoy a quieter stay.

    small tv
    minor issues

The Superior Double Room was really comfy and well-presented. Loved the modern touches and that it had all the essentials like tea and coffee. The bed was super cozy, perfect for a good night's sleep. The view of the river was a nice bonus too. Just a few minor things, like the TV could've been a bit bigger. it was a solid stay.

    delightful outdoor seating
    steep stairs
    accessibility issue

The decor here has a lovely charming vibe, and the pub area was welcoming. The outdoor seating by the river allowed for delightful views while soaking up the sun, perfect for enjoying a nice cup of tea.

Steep stairs could be challenging for seniors.

    quick service
    bright lighting
    too much light

I experienced a great moment during dinner when I found the staff friendly and the meal served quickly. The atmosphere combined with the food made for a pleasant evening. In true British spirit, I appreciated how the restaurant was lively and inviting.

There were several moments where I felt the lighting could be improved as it was a bit too bright in places.

    great location
    live sports
    hearty meals
    steep stairs

Had an awesome time with my friends! We enjoyed watching live sports and indulging in hearty meals. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and there’s a small car park which is handy. If you're looking for good food and good vibes, this place delivers.

The only downside was the steep stairs. it would’ve been nice to have a lift since we had quite a bit of luggage to carry.

    culinary delight
    massive portion
    charming pub area
    tired rooms
    lack of lift

The dining experience at Bridge End is a culinary delight—an absolute winner! Their massive portion of beef chili had me reminiscing about home-cooked meals. Plus, the charming pub area is perfect for unwinding with a brew after a day of exploring. A big shoutout to the lovely service that made us feel right at home!

Though the rooms are tidy, some might feel a bit tired, and the lack of lift made lugging our bags a bit awkward. A cheeky tip, don’t overpack to dodge the hassle!

The food was another highlight. the breakfast choices were generous and delicious, making for a great way to start the day. While the stairs could be a bit of a challenge, especially for those with heavy luggage, the overall experience was fantastic.
